Article 10. Support for Science, Technology and Innovation Communication and Knowledge Dissemination Activities

The contents of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The conditions for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The criteria for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 3, Article 46 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The application dossier shall include:
a) Application for support according to Form NCNL-08 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
b) Detailed explanation of the activity plan according to Form NCNL-09 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
c) Commitment of the agency or organization coordinating the implementation of the proposed science and technology communication and knowledge dissemination activities, if any;
d) Explanation of the capacity of the agency or organization requesting support according to Form NCNL-10 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
đ) Estimated budget for requested support according to Form NCNL-11 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular.
