Article 13. Support for Research Activities of Doctoral Candidates in Doctoral Training Programs and Students in Master's Training Programs

  1. The contents of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 1, Article 49 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

  2. The conditions for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 2, Article 49 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

  3. The criteria for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 3, Article 49 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

  4. The application dossier shall include:

a) Application for support for science and technology capacity-building activities for organizations according to Form NCNL-16 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;

b) Explanation of science and technology capacity-building activities for organizations according to Form NCNL-17 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;

c) Estimated budget for requested support for science and technology capacity-building activities for organizations according to Form NCNL-18 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular.
