Article 15. Support for Inviting Outstanding Foreign Scientists to Vietnam for Short-Term Academic Exchange

The contents of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 1, Article 51 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The conditions for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 2, Article 51 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The criteria for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 3, Article 51 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The application dossier shall include:
a) Application for support according to Form NCNL-19 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
b) Curriculum vitae of the foreign scientist;
c) Explanation of the plan to invite an outstanding foreign scientist to Vietnam for short-term academic exchange according to Form NCNL-20 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
d) Estimated budget for requested support according to Form NCNL-21 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular.
