Article 9. Support for Innovation, Technical Improvement Solutions, or Production Rationalization Activities

The contents of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 1, Article 45 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The conditions for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 2, Article 45 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The criteria for consideration of support shall be implemented in accordance with Clause 3, Article 45 of Decree No. 267/2025/ND-CP.

The application dossier shall include:
a) Application for support according to Form NCNL-05 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
b) Explanation of the innovation, technical improvement solution, or production rationalization according to Form NCNL-06 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular;
c) Estimated budget for requested support according to Form NCNL-07 prescribed in the Appendix issued together with this Circular.
