On the morning of September 24th, at its 6th session, the National Assembly Standing Committee discussed the draft Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Intellectual Property Law. The draft aims to codify ongoing reform policies, and is expected to abolish 18 administrative procedures, reduce 5 business conditions, and unify the management of plant variety rights under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
