NAFOSTED Foundation Expresses Appreciation to Chief of Office Ha Thi Phuong Thao – A Journey of Dedication and Commitment

Attending the ceremony were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Ngoc Chien – Director of the NAFOSTED Foundation, members of the Foundation's Board of Directors, leaders of the departments, and all officials and employees of the Foundation.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Ngoc Chien – Director of the NAFOSTED Foundation acknowledged and expressed his sincere appreciation for the contributions of Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Thao throughout her career. Beginning her work at the Office of National Key Programs in 2009, Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Thao spent many years engaged in the management and support of science and technology activities. Since May 2026, she has worked at the NAFOSTED Foundation as Chief of Office, together with the Foundation's leadership, officials and employees, implementing tasks during a period of significant transformation in the organization and operation of the Foundation.

Director Dao Ngoc Chien highly appreciated Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Thao's sense of responsibility, dedication and experience, while expressing his appreciation for the affection, sharing and spirit of companionship she had extended to the collective. On behalf of the Board of Directors and all officials and employees, the Director wished her good health, much joy and happiness, and a new chapter filled with meaning.

Following this, Ms. Phan Thi Minh Nguyet – Deputy Chief of Office of the Foundation announced the Decision on retirement to receive social insurance benefits for Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Thao from October 2026. In a solemn and warm atmosphere, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Ngoc Chien and the Foundation's Board of Directors presented the Decision, flowers and best wishes to Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Thao.

Moved by the affection of the leadership and colleagues, Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Thao shared her thoughts on her career and memories from the years spent working alongside her colleagues. She expressed her gratitude to the Foundation's Board of Directors, leaders of the units, and all officials and employees for their continued cooperation, support and affection during her time of service; at the same time, she expressed her confidence that the NAFOSTED Foundation would continue to strengthen solidarity, innovate and successfully fulfill its assigned tasks.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, many officials and colleagues shared memories, affection and words of appreciation for Ms. Ha Thi Phuong Thao. Stories of working together, business trips and everyday moments contributed to creating an intimate and warm gathering, reflecting the bonds among colleagues nurtured over many years.

One chapter of her career has come to a close, but the marks, affection and beautiful memories remain.
